Some of our family members got the right rooms but the guy checking us in got confused and gave us the wrong rooms. Unfortunately, this caused mass confusion for everyone. Their computers were down for some maintenance so they had printed 5 days of reservations ahead of time. The swimming pool was closed, no one knew why. We wish there were more $2 black jack tables, the few they had were always busy, so we were stuck with the $5 tables. My husband enjoyed the black jack dealers, they were fun and were very helpful with strategy. We found some fun machines to spend the time until we needed to get ready for our wedding festivities. It wasn't bad at all, as long as you found an area in the casino of non-smokers, it was tolerable.
Since we are all non-smokers, I was worried about other reviews saying how horrible the smoke was going to be. Our family traveled to the Grand Casino Hinckley for our nephew's wedding.
